FlexiFoam is ideal for extinguishing large surface areas and for protecting the surrounding environment. It is used in combination with positive-pressure ventilation fans. FlexiFoam is the only light-foam generator in which fresh air and the mixture of water and foam concentrate are guided separately to the point of application. FlexiFoam is installed at the end of a spiral hose up to 50 meters long, where it generates high-quality light foam.

In this way, it ensures high-quality foam exactly where it is actually needed, without any loss of foam quality during transport through hoses. This exceptional feature allows the FlexiFoam system to be used for firefighting at heights, for example from a fire service aerial ladder.

UNIQUE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

FlexiFoam can also be used in smoke-filled environments, as the operating air is supplied by a ventilator through a hose, meaning that smoke does not affect the quality of the light foam. Once FlexiFoam is positioned at the fire scene, it operates independently without the need for personnel. Even when completely covered with foam, it continuously produces foam, thereby protecting itself from fire.

USE AT HEIGHTS

When FlexiFoam is used on an aerial ladder, the foam is generated directly on the platform. Fresh air and the extinguishing agent are supplied through hoses mounted on the ladder. This makes it possible to produce high-quality foam even at greater heights or in smoke-filled areas and to extinguish the fire directly from above.
