A heat-resistant fabric barrier that can be quickly installed into a door or entrance opening to block the spread of smoke and heat. It allows firefighters to open the door into the fire area without smoke or heat flooding the rest of the building. This keeps escape routes and retreat paths smoke-free, enhancing safety for both occupants and responders.

RESISTANT TO HIGH TEMPERATURES

The BIG portable smoke curtain is made of a lightweight and durable fabric resistant to high temperatures of up to 600 °C. It can be installed quickly and easily into a doorway using a telescopic pole with a spring mechanism.

AN ADDITION TO POSITIVE-PRESSURE VENTILATION

When used in combination with High Performance portable ventilators, the portable smoke curtain enables more effective ventilation upon the firefighters’ arrival. During entry into the space, only a minimal amount of smoke and gases escape from the smoke-filled area, ensuring that evacuation routes remain clean and safe.
